|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
Smart Technology Pty Ltd (Smarttec) Returns Policy
Return of Merchandise:
a. In order to determine allowable return good eligibility, the timing of the eligibility is calculated between the Smarttec Ship Date and the Return Date. Smarttec Ship Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) shipped from Smarttec or its authorized agent to the customer. Return Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) is physically received by Smarttec or a Smarttec authorized agency.
b. Return of merchandise will be considered based on the reason for the return and the conditions below:
1. All returns must be pre-authorised by Smarttec within 7 days of purchase. To obtain a Return of Merchandise authorisation number, please email the reason for returnand refund. Refer to the returns procedure below for further details.
2. Only PRODUCT(S) in original containers and in saleable condition, will be considered for return. Smarttec and/or their supplier who has shipped the "said" product reserves the right to judge saleability. PRODUCT(S) received in unsaleable condition, in Smarttec or its Suppliers sole determination, will be destroyed with no credit issued.
3. Credit will be issued by the Smarttec upon Smarttec's receipt of authorised goods being returned in saleable condition as determined above. The credit offered and issued may be based on invoice value of the goods supplied at the time of purchase less a restocking fee to be determined and based on payment type, interest fees charged by payment provider, freight charges and adminstration fees for processing. (unless if replaced)
All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number before they can be returned.

You will need to supply the following information, most of which will be on your packing slip or invoice before we can issue a Return Authorisation Number: -
Name and contact details of original purchaser
A copy of the original packing slip or invoice
Our reference number
Part number of product to be returned
Date on packing slip or invoice
Reason for return
Your name and contact details.
Each Return Authorisation Number is only valid for one (1) product and must match the product authorised for return.
Return Authorisation Numbers are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the returned product into our warehouse within this period; otherwise, the return may not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. The customer must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned; otherwise, the return may not be accepted.
The Return Authorisation

A credit note will normally be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods returned in accordance with this Returns Policy, with the exception of goods that are not obviously faulty and may require testing.
Where a product is returned because you believe it is faulty and the fault cannot be observed by our internal testing, the product may need to be tested by the manufacturer. In such cases, the testing process may result in delays of up to 28 days before we can determine whether a credit note will be issued.
We will only issue
refunds on request.
For your security, all refunds will be made by applying a credit against the credit card used for the original purchase.
In some circumstances, we may elect that a replacement product or repair is sufficient remedy instead of a full refund. This election will be at our sole discretion, but will only occur after consultation with you. If we elect to have a product replaced or repaired, we will do this at our cost and return the product (or its replacement) to you promptly; in these circumstances, we will still refund your freight costs.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
